Heat & Temperature 101. Our students will never get tired of experimenting with the same topics over and over again, as this helps them to THINK & LINK concepts together. We had a p4 and a P5 together for this class, and no, this is nothing embarrassing. We mentioned our curriculum is such that it is a modular kind of system, and at any point of time, we will touch on past, present and past topics again. As this was also the end of CA2 for some schools, we run this class as a form of revision, as B, our P5 girl needs recap on.
Our “magic” cup never fails to draw attention from our students. This is really a handy tool for us to teach on the concepts of heat.
We did another experiment on the different types of heat gain/heat loss via 3 different types of materials.
We extended the experiment to 10 more minutes to make a better drawn conclusion.
