One lesson, 2 different topics. 2 girls are learning water cycles, one girl learning cells. It’s quite common for schools to mix and match the topics to start. It’s not a real issue to me, as I am able to manage toggling between 2 topics. That’s the max for me as well.
Watching and laughing a funny clip on hailstones in Singapore.
Challenging my girls to mind map their ideas on cycles.
Did a thorough explanation on the water cycle. The last leg of the lesson was on cells. With this, I whipped out my microscope and the girls went gaga over it. I covered the parts of the microscope and gave them an opportunity to view a plant cell.
Final draw before class ended. Satisfied day!
