It’s the month of May and to welcome Mummy’s day in advance, I prepared something special for my k2 girls.
Over the Q&A session, I asked them what they like about their mummy and helped them refine their answers. Next step is to write down and read the sentences with me.
After they have written and after I have checked their work, off they went to decorate their trophy. Beautiful work in progress!
After their work, they practiced reading on their own and I recorded their reading. Their reading was not perfect but to me, it is. Their confidence to read is commendable. I did go through their mistakes after recording but I did not record again, as I feel their raw performance is better.
Aren’t their work lovely? Am sure their mummies are proud!
