Lesson was on Myself, and we got 2 pretty girl craft templates for our lovely girls. Time for work!
The girls got more used to our lesson structure and they are more confident to express themselves, in the procedural order.
As they are more in tune with our structure, we wanted them to expand more their sentences and stretch their minds. This is actually more than K2 level, but they could do it! Once their procedural writing was done, they got down to decorating their craft.
J and S did a writing after completing their crafts. We make it a point to weave in adjectives and descriptions to fluff up their stories.
Upon completion, we got them to read out their stories, part of our Show & Tell oral skills too. It is easier to train children from young to be confident learners.
