P1-2 English / 3 Sept 2019 / Tuesday / Mooncake Festival Craft Writing

Who loves eating mooncakes? We sure do! So do our students! Our students were excited to see the colourful lanterns dotting the floor when they came in. We did a short history on how the Mid Autumn came about and discussed the festive mood with our students. After going through a writing about the festival, we got them to write out their story first, before doing the craft, as that would take more time to complete. They were unable to complete their crafts, but we were satisfied with what they did, considering the limited time. Hope our students enjoy their Mid-Autumn Festival!
