Systems – Digestive System
Burrp! We got our students to taste some mouth watering snacks as we touched on the Digestive System. Learning Science is hands on, where we encourage students to explore learning using their five senses. They touched the snacks, opened the snacks, smelt the snacks, tasted the snacks and swallowed them all! As they were in the motion, we took the opportunity to teach the parts and functions of the digestive system. Learn on the go! Next, they also got the chance to touch a life sized parts of the digestive system. We made it a challenge for them to “dissect” the parts and assemble them again within a time limit. To ensure our students understand what they are learning, we got them to make observations and record in their task sheet.
