Managed to squeeze 2 experiments for my p4s. After explaining what I wanted to see in their work, we moved on quickly.
First experiment was on investigating how heat travelled through different temperatures and the best way is to ‘Show & Tell’. Lovely swirls by observing how the green colouring moves in the different water temperature.
Guided them on how to make observations and problem solve some questions I asked. I taught them too on how to link hands on experiments into answering process skills based questions.
Next experiment is on mittens. Went through the same guidelines and carried out the experiment once they were clear.
We tried different variables and it was interesting to observe their initial predictions and the actual observations.
I really love their work and each piece is like an artwork to me. Keeping them to remind me!
